During my working stay in La Sarthe FR in 2023, this in-situ installation saw the light of day: RETENIR LES RETENUS (rêves terrestres). In English I would translate this as: RETAIN THE CAPTURED (earthly dreams).

A number of yarn-wrapped branches are held together in nets. There are also a few nets with only branches.
They lie on brick plateas. Isolated and held in place.
What (or who) keeps them there?
